We conduct a comprehensive annual survey every year and your opinions and feedback help us to shape, continually develop and improve the way in which we deliver our services to you.

Here are some of the results from last years survey, and actions we took based on your feedback.
- 93% of our clients say that our care workers behave professionally and 79% rate the annual time as “good to excellent”. 84% think that the contents of the care plan meet their desired outcomes, needs and choices
- 85% rate the consistency of care workers they see at “good to excellent”. We continue to make improvements in our communication when we are running behind schedule or when there are charges and / or out of hours
- 89% rate as “good to excellent” our service in enabling our clients to maintain independence and improving the quality of their life.

“More variations of support workers would be better”
“Would like to be informed if a carer is going to be late.”
“It would be helpful if you could get parking tickets for your care workers.”
“The vast majority of support workers are absolutely fantastic. I have had some issues with one and that has been dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
